the welcome was very friendly i think. our room felt comfortable and came stocked with everything i needed. dinner in the bar was good quality and i felt the service was excellent.
my room needed redecorating and it had holes in curtains at 9pm! the heat went off so it was very cold. there was no hot water i expected better for an executive room.

Staff was happy and customer focused, i noticed that immediately. my room was spacious with nice furnishings. i got a ground floor room. It was quiet and allowed me to sleep well. breakfast was tasty and i had a good shower in my room.
the beer i ordered was not cold enough for my liking.
